摘要: Environmental conditions in wetlands were long thought to suppress mycorrhizal fungi and it has been assumed that mycorrhiza is limited of little significance. This contribution summarises the presence arbuscular (AM) dark-septate endophytes (DSE) different habitats intermittent Lake Cerknica. Mycorrhizal colonisation wetland plants from following was analysed: (1) frequently inundated small depressions lakebed colonised by amphibious plants; (2) P. australis stands covering large parts lake area; (3) wet meadows surrounding area Schoenus species. All examined species found be mycorrhizal, however terrestrial shoots more than aquatic shoots. In former frequency F% up 100% intensity M% 67%, while 80% 16% latter. with AM DSE confirmed growing soils water regimes (17% < 50%; 0.6% 3%). two species, 99% 14%. According literature this first detailed report on S. ferrugineus nigricans.
