摘要: We present a patient with an isolated primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) of the fourth ventricle. A 77-year-old man had 1 week history intermittent vertigo, nausea, vomiting, and progressively unsteady gait. CT scans brain showed ventricle tumor. MRI revealed 2.5 cm dumbbell-shaped avidly-enhancing tumor in Metastasis or high-grade glioma was suspected. The neuropathological findings were compatible diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. slit lamp examination, bone marrow biopsy, imaging studies for extracranial lesions unremarkable. suggest that PCNSL be listed differential diagnosis tumors well-circumscribed margins homogenous contrast enhancement.
