摘要: The paper presents a performance analysis of u-shaped assembly line taking into account the competences multi-skilled workers. This arrangement requires operators to serve on several different processes and machines. A worker can possess many skills at various levels. These translate varying performances individual as result whole line. In this we use Hierarchical Competence Model estimate knowing required possessed competences.
