摘要: In theory, a scheduling problem can be formulated as mathematical programming problem. practice, dispatching rules are considered to more practical method of scheduling. However, the combination and fuzzy rule has rarely been discussed in literature. this study, nonlinear (FNLP) approach is proposed for optimizing performance four-factor fluctuation smoothing wafer fabrication factory. The methodology considers uncertainty remaining cycle time job optimizes fluctuation-smoothing sequence jobs front each machine. five adjustable parameters, optimization which results an FNLP converted into equivalent (NLP) solved. evaluated with series production simulation experiments; these experiments provide sufficient evidence support advantages over some existing methods.
