摘要: Inhibition of senescence plants increases their resistance to necrotrophic pathogens and many abiotic stresses. Tomato regenerated from tumors induced by Agrobacterium tumefaciens T37 strain showed higher degree tolerance Phytophthora infestans infection. As regards the mechanism enhanced necrosis, increased phospholipid galactolipid contents, in addition decreased free sterols transformed gave greater stability membranes as compared control plants.
