摘要: Abstract To examine the temporal pattern of catalase expression during callus induction, cultures obtained from immature embryos and leaves several maize inbred lines at times after explanting were evaluated. The results indicate that irrespective primary explant used, CAT-1 is predominant isozyme in established callus. Catalase egeneration phase absence auxin was assayed cultures. CAT-2 found to be isoform specific this developmental time. different isozymes are expressed tissue culture level initiation subsequent plant regeneration can easily monitored by means isozymes.
