摘要: A new visual colorimetry for trace antimony(V) based on ion-pair solid-phase extraction to a PTFE-type membrane filter with bis[2-(5-chloro-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenolato]cobalt(III) ion ([Co(5-Cl-PADAP)2]+) has been developed. Experiments showed that hexachloroantimonate(V) (SbCl6-) was adsorbed [Co(5-Cl-PADAP)2]+ the front surface of PTFE filter. The adsorption promoted by addition lithium chloride as source ion. excess reagent eluted rinsing 10 wt% methanol aqueous solution. In this case, slow rate hydrolysis reaction SbCl6- and difference hydrophobicity pairs were important separation concentration determined through comparison standard series. detection limit 0.10 µg. calibration curve assessed reflection spectrometric responses at 580 nm linear in range - 1.2 µg (r = 0.996). proposed method applied determination sub-microgram levels water samples.
