摘要: Hydrocarbon emission during start-up of automotive engines has proved to be a thorny problem in powertrain control design due its requirements conflicting with smooth, reliable start and fast warm-up. This paper surveys research at UC Berkeley toward better algorithms, by capturing more the physical behavior engine, complexity characteristics embedded software, use mathematical models. The status future directions for modeling efforts are outlined.
