摘要: Background: The aim of this study was to estimate the extent which interaction between SCN10A (rs7375096) and body mass index (BMI) affects susceptibility cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy (AN) in a Chinese Han sample. Method: We conducted large-scale, population-based including 791 overweight patients 1186 controls analyze BMI with regard CAN. All participants were genotyped for presence (rs7375036) polymorphisms.
