摘要: Mycoplasmas are frequent contaminants of cultured cells, leading to alterations in cellular gene expression, protein synthesis, signal transduction, and metabolic pathways. Mycoplasma hyorhinis, the major contaminant tissue cultures, has been implicated a variety diseases swine. Most human animal mycoplasmas remain attached surface epithelial cells. Nonetheless, we have recently shown that M. hyorhinis is able invade nonphagocytic melanoma In present study, show by confocal laser scanning microscopy, exposing mice splenocytes intact intracellular were detected. Mycoplasmal components not detected within after exposure heat inactivated or purified lipoprotein (LPP) fraction. However, incubation with cells LPP fraction induced accelerated cell proliferation secretion interferon gamma interleukin 17. Thus, its LPPs can be added list infectious agents causing direct stimulation proinflammatory responses mammalian lymphocytes.
