摘要: Objective: Weight gain is an established side effect of atypical antipsychotics in patients with severe mental illness (SMI). Previous studies have shown positive effects nutritional interventions weight loss. The purpose this study was to investigate the a intervention on body and composition SMI taking olanzapine Greece. Methods: Eighty-two treated (22 men, 60 women) and, 58 healthy controls (12 46 were followed for 3 mo. All obese, average mass index 33.12 +/- 0.74 kg/m(2) 94.61 2.50 kg.
