摘要: Asymmetric cell division generates daughter cells with different developmental fates from progenitor that contain localized determinants. During this division, the asymmetric localization of cell-fate determinants and orientation mitotic spindle must be precisely coordinated. In Drosophila neuroblasts, inscuteable controls both Prospero Numb. Inscuteable itself is in an apical cortical crescent thus reflects intrinsic asymmetry neuroblast. Here we show depends on Bazooka, a protein containing three PDZ domains overall sequence similarity to Par-3 Caenorhabditis elegans. Bazooka form complex also contains Staufen, responsible for prospero messenger RNA. We propose that, after delamination neuroblast neuroepithelium, provides cue cytocortex required anchor Inscuteable. As maintenance apical-basal polarity epithelial tissues, it may missing link between polarity.
