摘要: Abstract This study was conducted to compare effects of electron beam (EB) and gamma ray (GR) treatments at doses 25, 50 75 kGy on ruminal degradation kinetics crude protein (CP), amino acid (AA), in vitro digestibility cottonseed meal (CSM). Ionizing radiations EB GR had significant ( P >0.05). Irradiation processing caused decrement AA after 16 h incubation CSM numerically. showed that could cause CP bypass rumen as well GR. Therefore, ionizing irradiation can be used an efficient method improving nutritional value CSM.
