摘要: The invention relates to a method for expressing desired protein or polypeptide in plant, which the is expressed as fusion with at least one starch binding domain. plant preferably that contains produces granules of its parts, such potato, sweet cassava, pea, taro, sago, yam, banana and/or cereals rice, maize, wheat and barley. can be an enzyme, particular enzyme convert, modify, alter, degrade otherwise influence (granules); receptor structural protein. further fusions thus obtained, genetic constructs encode above plants transformed said constructs. used provide modified starches complexes (granules) fusions. In another embodiment, more domains are producing starches.
