摘要: Alaska Native and American Indian (AN/AI) people have negative research experiences, including lack of timely, respectful, relevant communication about findings. Southcentral Foundation (SCF), a tribally owned operated health care organization in Alaska, has redesigned the system, enacted policies, established department which uses best practices Community Engaged Research with AN/AI people. Department staff community members, however, perceive significant limitations reach satisfaction ongoing engagement dissemination efforts. Background information is delineated supports new approaches using SCF as an example.
