摘要: Background Hybrid implants are thought to offer good stability and bone-implant contact. Purpose This study sought evaluate the primary of a hybrid implant compared with tapered cylindrical in an ex vivo model compare undersized drilling standard attaining stability. Materials Methods Hybrid (Straumann® Bone Level; BL), Tapered Effect; TE), Standard Plus; SP) were inserted into 15 mm–thick porcine iliac crest blocks using (corticocancellous or cancellous bone) (cancellous bone only) (n = 7). Stability was evaluated maximum insertion torque (MIT), quotient (ISQ), push-out tests. Results The mean MIT for BL TE significantly higher than that SP (p < 0.05). With corticocancellous bone, ISQ (p < .05). The MIT, ISQ, test scores BL, TE, those (p < .05). Conclusions In this model, demonstrated promising implant. improved especially evident bone. influence cortical layer should be recognized when selecting stability.
