摘要: Some new triazolylbenzophenones 3 were prepared by reaction of the corresponding quinazolines 2 with formic acid. Conversions compounds to known triazolobenzodiazepines are described. One processes proceeds via double bond isomer 13. The aldehyde 9 hydrazine interestingly yielded triazoloquinolines 11 and 12. cyclization benzophenones triazoloindoles 15 alkylation latter derivatives basic acidic side chains also reported. Quaternization compound 16 ethyl bromoacetate followed treatment hydroxide resulted in formation triazinoindole
