摘要: Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) have been proposed as a treatment modality in burn wound management. While the therapeutic use of ADSCs increases, their mechanisms action pertaining to healing are still poorly understood. Although fat tissue from lipoaspirate may induce under certain circumstances, other situations it is possible that cause or exacerbate hypertrophic scarring (HTS). This potentially deleterious effect considered be due excessive angiogenesis and granulation propagated by presence ADSCs. The overstimulation vascular endothelial growth factor occur burns depth state maturation likely this hypergranulation. ADSCs, stromal fraction (SVF) cells, found effective initiating softening and/or transformation scar consistency compliance already established scars contractures. In contrast, phases acute injuries, particularly when cones exposed deeper addition contribute HTS. Until components (SVF ADSCs) better understood, physicians should proceed with caution before applying contents surface wounds.
