摘要: A study of the prevalences Salmonella, Listeria and thermophilic campylobacters in a dedicated commercial poultry feed mill was undertaken. Salmonella frequently recovered samples taken preheat postheat treatment areas with overall percentage positive found to be 18.8% 22.6%, respectively. Feed ingredients dust collected locations within were contaminated (11.8% 33.3% samples, respectively). High also detected (24.2%) obtained from area delivery vehicles (57.1%). Listeria at pre- isolation rates 14.1% 18.5% observed, The most observed species both L. innocua, monocytogenes, grayi welshimeri. No any analyzed current study.
