摘要: A study of the prevalences Salmonella, Listeria and thermophilic campylobacters in a dedicated commercial poultry feed mill was undertaken. Salmonella frequently recovered samples taken preheat postheat treatment areas with overall percentage positive found to be 18.8% 22.6%, respectively.
