摘要: Using immunohistochemical methods, we evaluated zeta-associated protein (ZAP)-70 expression in 341 cases of non-Hodgkin and Hodgkin lymphoma. In B-cell NHL, ZAP-70 was positive five six (83%) precursor B-lymphoblastic lymphoma, 11 37 (30%) chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphoma (CLL/SLL), 39 (13%) mantle cell one 12 (8%) Burkitt nodal marginal zone 22 CLL/SLL, seven nine (78%) with unmutated IgVH genes expressed ZAP-70, compared 13 mutated (P=0.0015 Fisher's exact test). not detected diffuse large (n=26), extranodal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (n=24), follicular (n=21), plasma myeloma/plasmacytoma (n=10), lymphoplasmacytic or splenic (n=6). T/NK-cell all natural killer (NK) / T-cell nasal-type (n=6) enteropathy-type T-cell (n=4), four (80%) subcutaneous panniculitis-like eight (75%) mycosis fungoides, three (60%) T-lymphoblastic 10 17 (59%) peripheral two (50%) blastic NK-cell (33%) prolymphocytic leukemia, 52 (25%) anaplastic (17%) angioimmunoblastic Seven (58%) cutaneous CD30-positive lymphoproliferative disorders were also ZAP-70-positive. negative neoplastic cells tested. staining lymphomas reactive T predominantly nuclear variable cytoplasmic staining. By contrast, heterogeneous, a shift from to observed, particularly those neoplasms high-grade morphology. summary, is by many types, correlates immunoglobulin heavy-chain region gene mutational status can be reliably using methods.
