摘要: Abstract Spanish consumers' knowledge and attitudes towards microalgae as food were assessed using a specific questionnaire - total of 3084 consumers over 18 years old considered in the current study. Overall, revealed that there is huge lack on basic aspects microalgae, especially within youngest respondents (18–24 years old) for those aged 65 years old.
