摘要: X-ray diffraction experiments on single crystals and powder specimens are performed in order to obtain the values of mean-square vibrational amplitudes lead tellurium atoms PbTe. From both dependences integrated intensities sin θ/λ temperature, 〈u〉 =(2.33 ± 0.15) × 10−18 cm2 〈u = (2.09 0.14) derived. The Debye temperature is found be θM (107 3) °K. analysis experimental data given detail. results discussed relation previous works tending substantiate Brooks-Yu theory dependence energy band gap. On a effectue des experiences de rayons-X sur monocristaux ainsi que poudres afin d'obtenir les valeurs vibrationelles quadratiques moyennes plomb et tellure dans le En tenant en consideration intensites integrees aussi bien la obtient (2,33 0,15) (2,09 0,14) cm2.
