摘要: The progressive loss of endogenous regenerative capacity that accompanies mammalian aging has been attributed at least in part to alterations the extracellular matrix (ECM) composition adult tissues. Thus, creation a more microenvironment, analogous embryonic morphogenesis, may be achieved via pluripotent stem cell (ESC) differentiation and derivation devitalized materials as an alternative decellularized tissues, such demineralized bone (DBM). Transplantation ESC represents novel approach promote functional tissue regeneration reduce inherent batch-to-batch variability allograft-derived materials. In this study, osteoinductivity embryoid body-derived material (EBM) was compared DBM standard vivo ectopic osteoinduction assay nude mice. EBM derived from EBs differentiated for 10 days with osteogenic media (+β-glycerophosphate) exhibited similar active (osteoinduction score = 2.50 ± 0.27 vs. 2.75 ± 0.16) based on histological scoring exceeded inactive (1.13 ± 0.13, p < 0.005). Moreover, stimulated formation new bone, ossicles marrow spaces, DBM. potent demonstrates morphogenic factors expressed by ESCs undergoing yield capable stimulating de novo vivo.
