摘要: Twenty individuals of rainbow trout were sampled (fry and juveniles) from Acochinchan Fishfarm (Canta, Lima - Peru), analyzed with the Polimerase Chain Reaction test (PCR ) in order to achieve a rapid identification Yersinia ruckeri, which is pathogen agent that causes enteric red mouth disease (ERM) produces high rates mortality. Nine fish samples asymptomatic, while 11 them showed signs ERM. In addi tion, 22 bacterial strains isolated liver, spleen kidney. PCR specific primers (16S rRNA), used amplified 575 bp DNA fragment ruckeri. Nineteen identified as ruckeri by symptomatic asymptomatic fishes. It was established diagnosis time 26 hours, compared 2 or 3 days would take using biochemical tests.
