摘要: Summary A high-performance liquid chromatographic method is described for the measurement and identification of eight steroids possessing Δ4-3 ketonic compounds in human specimens. The (Cortisone, Cortisol, Corticosterone, DOC, Δ4-Androstendione, Testosterone, 17-Hydroxyprogesterone Progesterone) were separated with a methanol-THF-water system on an IRICA RP-18 column. Effluents detected by UV absorption at 245 nm. Quantitative analysis was performed peak heights, which proportional to amount each substance. This rapid, highly sensitive, easy perform reproducible.
