摘要: Abstract High Pressure liquid chromatographic procedures for the resolution of mixtures C18 and C19 steroids biologic importance are described. On-line monitoring absorbance refractive index eluate was found to be suitable quantitative measurement amounts eluted steroids. Using a high sensitivity detector, reliable measurements as little 5 ng Δ4−3 keto were possible.
