摘要: Abstract A high performance liquid Chromatographic method is described for the rapid, non-destructive separation of a number physiologically important steroidal estrogens, including labile catechol estrogens. This procedure uses “Diol” column and gradient elution to separate in single run, estrogens ranging from 2-methoxy estrone. one least polar C 18 steroids, estriol, most polar. Simpler, isocratic conditions, are provided similar polarity. semipreparative composition was used purification samples containing 25 50 mg individual steroids.
