摘要: The role of somites and notochords in neuroectoderm differentiation from the embryonic ectoderm its subsequent patterning into regional compartments along rostro-caudal dorso-ventral axes, especially humans, remains elusive. Here, we demonstrate co-culture effect isolated chicken embryos on neuronal identity an adherent culture human stem cells (hESCs). Notochord increased efficiency speed induction, whereas had a weak inducing hESCs. However, synergistic was not observed when were used together. Moreover, somite notochord groups, hESCs-derived expressed HOXB4, OTX2, IRX3 PAX6, indicative dorsal hindbrain ventral anterior identities, respectively. Our results reveal influence providing induction as well cells. This study provides model through which vivo events may be imitated.
