摘要: The association between hypertension and chronic renal disease is well known. pathogenesis of in patients with kidney (CKD) complex multifactorial, which may explain why it resistant to treatment. traditional paradigm that CKD due either an excess intravascular volume (volume dependent) or excessive activation the renin–angiotensin system relation state sodium/volume balance (renin-dependent hypertension). This review focuses on importance less established mechanisms, such as increased activity sympathetic nervous system, endothelin production, decreased availability endothelium-derived vasodilators structural changes arteries, ischemia, sleep apnea.
