摘要: Abstract A disposable electrochemical sensor for the determination of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) based on nanocomposites reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and poly(safranine T) (PST) was reported. The prepared by coating a rGO film pre-anodized graphite electrode (AGE) through dipping–drying electrodepositing uniform PST layer film. Scanning electron microscopic (SEM) infrared spectroscopic (IR) characterizations indicated that PST–rGO formed rough crumpled composite AGE, which exhibited high sensitive response oxidation IAA with 147–fold enhancement current signal compared bare AGE. voltammetric has good linear relationship concentration in range 1.0 × 10 −7 –7.0 × 10 −6  M, low detection limit 5.0 × 10 −8  M. This been applied to extract samples several plant leaves recoveries varied 97.71–103.43%.
