摘要: BACKGROUND: Buccal mucosa cancer involving masticator space is classified as very advanced local disease (T4b). MATERIALS AND METHODS: All consecutive patients with T4b-buccal underwent compartment resection, complete anatomical removal involved soft-tissue structures.
