摘要: The relationship between expectations and satisfaction, across a variety of products services, has been documented in consumer health care literature. expectancy-disconfirmation model satisfaction grown out this work. This proposes that the size difference consumer's expectation perception product or experience (disconfirmation) is predictive resulting satisfaction. empirically tested shown to predict settings such as vision correction, hospital stays, pharmacy purchases well services purchases.
