摘要: In order to obtain native isolates of entomopathogenic fungi in Durango, Mexico, with pathogenicity against Spodoptera frugiperda Fall Armyworm and Epilachna varivestis Mexican Bean Beetle, main pests maize beans, respectively, 97 were evaluated, Bb42 Bb18 Beauveria bassiana Ma91 Metarhizium anisopliae. A bioassay using neonate larvae under completely randomized design treatments per dose (ANOVA) Tukey´s test use measure the insecticidal activity both insects, mortality data used calculate LC50 LT50. The isolation obtained from S. evaluated second instar same insect showed highest virulence 96.6% rate 1x109 spores mL-1, 5.92x103 lethal time 3.6 days; beans was highly virulent E. varivestis, 93.3% mL-1 an 1.20x106 5.1 days (Tukey, p ≤ 0.05). conclusion, greater when directly hosts than soil samples, as well it´s are their respective host culture where find pest insect.
