摘要: The potential value of SNPs for individual identification has been recognized by many researchers and different panels have proposed. Here we present a new interface in the ALFRED database to access compendia allele frequencies several published markers forensic uses. One those is our panel (IISNPs) based on samples 44 populations originating from parts world. also additional data statistical analyses that continue support IISNPs as universal panel.
