摘要: Preeclampsia (PE) is a multisystem disorder unique to Homo sapiens that known cause maternal and perinatal mortality morbidity. Between 5–7% of all pregnancies are affected by PE it responsible for approximately 50,000 deaths annually. The pathogenesis remains poorly understood. However, the results this study indicated insufficient decidualization plays significant role. NR5A1 NR5A2 orphan members Ftz-F1 subfamily nuclear receptors involved in mammal follicular development, female reproduction, steroidogenesis, decidualization. expression human decidua their functions during were investigated using vitro cultured cells real-time PCR, immunohistochemistry, western blotting, siRNA techniques. demonstrated levels mRNA protein decidual tissues women with lower than those normal pregnant women. did not significantly differ between groups. was upregulated after decidualization, but remained low showed no difference compared control cells. Knocking down endometrial stromal (hESC) resulted reduction markers (IGFBP1 PRL) signaling pathway molecules (WNT4 BMP2) (P < 0.05). From these data, we concluded pivotal Disorders endometrium may be associated abnormal thought PE.
