摘要: Recent papers have reported that Asian dust events been associated with increased risks of all-cause mortality and rates respiratory illness. The current study was designed to estimate the relative risk events. We used daily counts non-accidental deaths, air pollution meteorological data in Seoul, Korea from 2000 2004. divided all days during period into two groups according presence or absence For each group, we conducted time-series analysis total death when concentration pollutant by inter-quartile range (IQR). average concentrations every on without a event were lower than those such an event. found effect sizes model larger events, statistically significant for pollutants (PM(10), CO, NO(2), SO(2)) except O(3). Our results suggest are likely underestimate urban particles if analyze size hypothesize real health is much previous suggested.
