摘要: One of the latent proteins encoded by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), membrane protein 1 (LMP1), plays a key role in developing EBV-associated human malignancies. Polymorphism LMP1 is its characteristic feature. Some specific mutations genome have previously been detected different geographic regions, however, influence these on functional activity was not still determined. In this study we demonstrated for first time significance individual point among common ones observed and their combination activation inducible form nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). addition, above localized CTAR regions molecule has also investigated structural components fibroblasts Rat1cell line.
