摘要: Background: Experimental unilateral cryptorchidism (ULC) and bilateral (BLC) are excellent methods to study undescended testis in relation spermatogenesis against a temperature gradient. Objectives: In case of ULC, it is possible compare the testicular functions between normal condition same animal, whereas BLC shows necessity androgens for proper maintenance reproductive structures functions. Materials Methods: present study, experimental ULC was done on same-aged adult mature male mice kept 15 days 30 days, respectively, observe changes due induced different organs, viz., accessory sex organs along with epididymal sperm count. Reproductive tissues were collected from individual animals histopathological studies investigate cytological changes. Results: The size testes found be significantly reduced mice, only weight reduction observed mice. Histopathological showed degenerative throughout seminiferous tubules. Conclusion: Thus, investigation compensatory androgen production absence mediated animals.
