摘要: The aim of this study was to determine the disease spectrum and drug types causing drug-induced liver injury (DILI) in northeast China, so that affected population can be reminded need increase their post-medication monitoring. A total 470 DILI patients hospitalized at Shengjing Hospital between 2013 2016 were involved retrospective study. There significant differences different age groups (P   10% all drugs caused DILI. percentage DILIs related Chinese herbal medicines (CHMs) gradually increased with patient (P = 0.002). males taking health supplements or CHMs significantly lower compared females. Total bilirubin (β = 0.01, OR = 1.01, P < 0.001) INR (β = 0.74, OR = 2.11, found independent predictors damage. main type causes China is a CHM. are ages gender. Making appropriate changes drug-taking habits high-risk used treat underlying diseases, as well increasing monitoring, may help reduce incidence DILIs.
