摘要: The expression level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α is elevated in idiopathic inflammatory myopathies and Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), but the precise role TNF-α unknown. To elucidate possible TNF-α, we investigated its receptor polymyositis (PM), dermatomyositis (DM), DMD using situ hybridization (ISH) immunohistochemistry. We showed that mRNA protein were present muscle fibers. TNF-α-positive fibers observed all cases PM, DM DMD, rare or absent neurogenic disorders normal controls. proportion fiber a significant positive correlation with regenerating for developmental form myosin heavy chain (MHC-d). number TNF receptor-positive was small. Some expressed both simultaneously. Our results indicate produced by associated regeneration.
