摘要: The Bcl-2 protein family members have known as essential controllers of mitochondrial pathway apoptosis. Bax is a proapoptotic member family, which well to play crucial roles for apoptosis control. bax has been implicated potential tumor suppressor in certain solid tumors such breast and colorectal carcinoma. DNA methylation promoter associated CpG islands common mechanism gene inactivation cells. Methods: Methylation Specific PCR (MSP) used find the profile cancer cell lines. Results: We not detected any kind "CpG hypermethylation" region T47D, MCF7 (as ER positive), MDA-MB-231 MDA-MB-468 negative) carcinoma-derived lines H29 Caco II. Conclusion: It seems that island could main role down-regulation colon cancers.
