摘要: In 2009 we investigated exposure to lead, cadmium, and mercury in 80 women aged 50-59 an urban area of Poland. Blood levels total were used as biomarkers. The participants completed extended questionnaire identify potential sociodemographic, lifestyle, nutritional correlates for the concentration metals blood. geometric means study population were: 21.5 µg/l (95% CI 20-23) blood 0.67 0.56-0.79) 0.75 0.640.87) Regression analyses revealed that increased lead significantly associated with BMI values under 25 kg/m 2 , being postmenopausal, smoking habits, use heating sources other than electricity or centrally heated buildings, frequent constant trucks passing through a residential area. cadmium higher subjects who smoked cigarettes decreased education increased. Fish consumption number teeth containing amalgam only factors levels.
