摘要: To assess the value of gastroscopic cancer surveillance patients with pernicious anaemia, 56 were re-endoscoped and biopsied after three years. In addition, changes in density fundic mucosal endocrine cells evaluated morphometrically. Two cases (3.6%) early gastric two small carcinoid tumours detected addition to five carcinoids that had been found at initial endoscopic screening. Nodular argyrophil cell hyperplasia morphometric not stable phenomena: nodular hyperplasias regressed patients, remained similar six, progressed a tumour one. Serum gastrin concentrations did correlate well density. Regular for may be beneficial realistic young anaemia while importance need further study.
