摘要: In this study, a comparative study of two different hydrogen redistribution strategies along the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor using Pd-Ag membrane has been carried out. first strategy, fresh gas is flowing in tube side co-current mode with reacting material shell so that segments use more hydrogen. second counter-current last A one-dimensional heterogeneous model was developed to compare from standpoints. The checked operating data pilot plant Research Institute Petroleum Industry Iran. Simulation results show an enhancement yield gasoline production, decrease undesired products formation (CO3 and CH4) also favorable temperature profile both configurations comparison conventional reactor. between terms temperature, (C) CO2 yields, H2 CO conversions, selectivity components shows configuration operates lower reactants' conversions permeation rate On contrary, our demonstrated counter-current-mode CH4 as products, better than other kinds mentioned systems.
