摘要: Tetracapsuloides bryosalmonae Canning et al., 1999 (Myxozoa) is the causative agent of proliferative kidney disease in various species salmonids Europe and North America. We have shown previously that development distribution European strain T. differs brown trout (Salmo trutta) Linnaeus, 1758 rainbow (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Walbaum, 1792, intra-luminal sporogonic stages were found but not trout. now compared transcriptomes from kidneys infected with using suppressive subtractive hybridization (SSH). The differentially expressed transcripts produced by SSH cloned, transformed, tested colony PCR. Differential expression screening PCR products was validated dot blot, positive clones having different signal intensities sequenced. a subsequent NCBI-BLAST analysis sequence tags revealed nine differently between both fish species. These genes quantitative real-time samples at time points infection. Expression anti-inflammatory (TSC22 domain family protein 3) cell proliferation (Prothymin alpha) upregulated significantly downregulated humoral immune response (immunoglobulin mu) endocytic pathway (Ras-related Rab-11b) This study suggests differential host anti-inflammatory, responses, proliferation, growth processes do inhibit may suppress it
