摘要: MicroRNAs (miRs) are small non-coding RNAs that play important roles in cell differentiation and survival. Abnormal expression of miRs has been demonstrated numerous types cancer, including acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). The aim the present study was to evaluate miR-181 at diagnosis following completion chemotherapy AML patients, with regard clinical response outcome, particularly patients treated azacitidine. analysed using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction 95 bone marrow specimens from newly diagnosed 20 healthy subjects for comparison. results revealed upregulated total cohort which correlated longer However, a subset older azacitidine, low predictor complete remission prolonged findings indicated an role determines azacitidine treatment patients.
