摘要: Nevus sebaceus of Jadassohn is a hamartoma that combines epidermal, follicular, sebaceous, and apocrine gland abnormalities. Classically, several types cutaneous neoplasms have been associated with this hamartoma, basal cell carcinoma being the most frequently described malignancy. We studied series 155 examples nevus clinicopathologic correlation. Several histopathologic changes related to age patients were found. In our series, we could not identify any cases authentic carcinoma. contrast, primitive follicular induction trichoblastomas seen. Other hamartomas, hyperplasias, found in included syringocystadenoma papilliferum, sebomatricoma, cyst, poroma, different variants warts (classic warts, tricholemmoma, desmoplastic tricholemmoma), induction, ductal induction. no malignant identified. On basis these findings, classically recommended treatment for which consists early excision prevent development malignancy, seems be inappropriate.
