摘要: Abstract Photon stimulated desorption (PSD) of ground state and excited Na from NaCl has been detected by observing the sodium resonance line emitted atoms leaving surface as a consequence soft X-ray (synchrotron) irradiation. Synchrotron light in spectral range 14–73 eV was used for PSD. Sodium were using laser induced fluorescence (LIF). The temperature dependence yield measured between 300 750 K. is more than two orders magnitude higher atoms. A remarkable anticorrelation found, showing an exponential increase signal simultaneous decrease with increasing temperature. This observation can be partly explained assuming model which involves primary exciton formation subsequent diffusion defect centers to surface. Additional observed structures may related annihilation various types defects.
