摘要: The invention generally relates to cell-specific expression vectors. It particularly targeted gene therapy using recombinant vectors and adenovirus specifically replication-conditional methods for them. Such are able selectively replicate in a target cell or tissue provide therapeutic benefit from the presence of vector per se one more heterologous products expressed distributed throughout tissue.
