摘要: Using proxy servers to cache and shape network traffic can significantly improve the energy efficiency of participating mobile clients. In this paper, we analyze implications hosting a BitTorrent on broadband router, which pushes content phone over wireless radio (WLAN or 3G). The amount memory in router is limited therefore our interest how use efficiently download as fast possible at same time transfer it an energy-efficient way. We investigate these aspects via series measurements. also simulate operation understand memory-limited devices would influence whole community.
